Break the routine

Most of the mornings and evenings I have the same kind of breakfast/evening snack. Cup of tea, bread with butter, cheese and maybe some meat in it. You don't believe how unbelieveable fantastic it feels when you either change the whole chow or just add for example few slices of cucumber on your bread. It's like discovering a whole new world. It just saves my day every time I do it. But I have to be careful not to do it all the time or it loses it's specialty. And I know how incredibly stupid example this was, but my point was that just even once try not to follow the same shit you do all the time, you might be surprised.
